 (1) What are my options for shipping or delivery?
 We offer a professional delivery service in Oregon & Washington & can deliver items to locations within 250 miles of McMinnville, Oregon. You can also choose to pick up your items at our showroom to avoid delivery fees.
  
 (2) What payment options do you accept?
 

We accept cash, local checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express & PayPal. As well as financing through Synchrony and Rent-To-Own through Acima.

We offer 12-month same-as-cash financing through Synchrony (on approved credit).

We also have a flexible 30-day layaway program with a 25% down payment. Some customers choose to make payments towards new furniture items over a longer period of time & we order the items when the balance is paid in full.

  
 (3) Do you offer military, first responder, or educator discounts?
 

We offer a 5% discount off the total purchase price for past & present military personnel, first responders, medical personnel & educators.

  
 (4) What happens after I place an order & when will I receive my furniture?
 When you place an order in the store or a phone order, the sales representative will discuss your pickup & deliver options.

After you place an online order, you will be contacted by a sales representative within 48 hours. They will discuss the availabity of your items & finalize your delivery & payment information.

  
 (5) What is the warranty on my new furniture?
 Our brand new furniture items come with a full manufacturer's warranty, that varies depending on the company. See the product information for more details.

Our outlet quality items do not come with a warranty, with the exception of our electronics. We offer a 1-month warranty on all electronics and a 1-year warranty on power reclining mechanisms.

  
 (6) What does it mean when an item is labeled "blemished"?
 Most of our factory seconds are almost perfect but may have a few small scuffs in mostly unnoticeable locations. If an item has more extensive damage, we label it as (blemished) on the price tag to make our customers aware of this.
  
 (7) What is your order cancellation policy?
 All purchases of outlet quality items can be cancelled at anytime. If the items have been moved out of our showrooms to our storage area, they are subject to a 10% restocking fee per item. All catalog orders can be cancelled until the furniture is ordered from the manufacturer (usually within 7 days of the purchase date).
  
 (8) What is your return policy for Encore furniture?
 We want our customers to love their furniture! If you purchase an in stock item from our showroom & find that it doesn't match your decor or fit your space, some items can be returned for a refund or in-store credit at the discretion of Encore's staff. Returned items that have been moved to the storage area or have been delivered to a customer's home will be charged a 10% restocking fee. Electronic devices may be returned if they are not properly working within 1 month from date of purchase. Encore Home Furnishings is not liable for items or their use after they leave our premise. All delivery fees & shipping fees are non-refundable. Buyers are responsible for return shipping as well.

If you purchase special order items online or at our showroom, these orders are final after they have shipped from our manufacturers.

  
 (9) Why do you have restocking fees?
 Our furniture store is unique because we sell mostly floor models. This means when an item is purchased, we have to disassemble it (beds, mirrors on dressers, etc), then move it to our storage area, then load it for the customer or deliver it to their home. When items are returned, they have to be moved back into the showroom & reassembled. All of this work is expensive, so our restocking fees help offset the cost of this extra labor.
  
 (10) What do I do if I notice unexpected damage during or after a delivery?
 At Encore we strive to ensure that your furniture arrives in the condition you would expect. Because we sell some outlet quailty items or factory seconds, we do our best to disclose all blemishes or flaws before the transaction is complete. All items are sold as-is & the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs even if their are unknown flaws. If you find unexpected damage to an item, please contact an Encore sales associate at 503.474.1937 & take photos of the damage & email them to us along with a description. If you have your items shipped & they arrive with unexpected damaged, it may be necessary to file a claim with the freight company if the damage occurred in transit.
